Contradiction in Foucault's genealogical method? I have been thinking about Foucault’s theory of history and power vis-à-vis his own methodology and I have the impression that there may lie a contradiction in there.

ABSTRACT While not all of Foucault' s work is directly related to Nietzsche, it is productive to investigate the genealogical connection between them, and the implications their work has on contemporary educational theory.
